Hi Nunzio,Houston we have a problem.Sorry I'e not any spare parts of this type(complete flying wheel).This is typical for Grundig tape decks.Plastic gears are almost 100% broken beacuse of age and oxidation.Try find toys at the gorbage.Sometimes if you are lucky you can find parts that can fit you.

Anyway I have some gers in my treasury.
I need :
a. outer diameter.
b.inner diameter.
c.number of teeth.
d.module if possible

Having this info will be much easier.

Think abot delivery to Italy, maby delivery is not to expenssive. I supposed that Grundig will be very cheap. But seler wrote that he didn't test Grundig.

WOW! It seems in very good conditions, but i need only cassette deck.

Since the basis (with hexagonal socket) is not very important (i think...), i give you the measures you asked (without basis, only top teethed part)

a. outer diameter: ca. 4 mm
b. inner diamater: ca. 3,5 mm
c. No. of teeth: 14
d. module: 0,25

I assume that the module is = Pitch diameter / No. of teeth = 3,5/14 = 0,25 (am i wrong?)

I give you also:

e. Teethed gear height (without basis): ca. 8 mm
f. Inner hole: ca. 2 mm

Hi Nunzio.I've check carefully my garbage and spare parts but unfortunately there was nothing for You.Tehe best way IMO is to look for wrecked one which you can buy less than 10euro.The unit is worth and I love it.Excellent sound.

P.S. some weeks ago, i've bought for 40 euros (very small price for Italy) a RPC500 that works very good!
The 1239a turntable is perfect, tuner and ampli OK.
The deck CN830 also has broken gear, but fortunately i've found a similar gear from another Grundig old cassette deck that i've "canibalized" (CR485).

Hi Nunzio.Glad to hear you've fixed problem.I've bought beautyfull Telefunken 5004 combo with cassette deckHighCom(better than Dolby-I hate) and good TT Dual 1257with strobo.In a goood condition except dust cover big one because unit is big and heavy.Damage at left hinge.It's very diffficult to find good one because of transport damages.
